The United States (US) Patent & Trademark Office—TRAWICK is the Prime Contractor for the USPTO’s Facilities Management and End User Support 2 (FMEUS2) contract. TRAWICK is the IT Enterprise Support contractor managing over 11,000 user accounts, and 66,000 assets, 448 COTS applications, and 150 custom applications. TRAWICK provides all mission-critical IT support services for the USPTO. These services include: network management, security and data center-related activities, help desk support, and field support.

US Air Force Space Command (AFSPC)—TRAWICK is the Prime Contractor for AFSPC’s Front Range Consolidated Network (FRCN) contract. This includes the management of over 65,000 user accounts, 360+ servers, and several hundred core network infrastructure devices. On this contract, TRAWICK manages the industry’s #1 and #4 largest IT contractors in an integrated process team environment. TRAWICK also provides services for the operations and maintenance of one unclassified and two classified enterprise networks, the AFSPC NOSC, and the recently established I-NOSC West, by performing boundary control functions.

US Air Force Materiel Command—TRAWICK is a principal subcontractor to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems (LMMS) on the Integrated Space Command and Control Contract (ISC2). This contract is developing and supporting the next generation of command and control systems for air defense, space surveillance, and missile warning missions in the Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado Springs, CO.



Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency (AFPCA)—TRAWICK is supporting the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency contract as star supplier subcontractor to Lockheed Martin. AFPCA is responsible for the information systems services and capabilities for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Staff, and other agencies within a 300 mile radius of the Pentagon for military operations. The AFPCA contract includes the full range of services needed to analyze requirements, develop, engineer and implement recommended solutions, operate and modernize all IT products and services; in addition to maintaining IT, telecommunication, and related services for all AFPCA customers. This effort also includes all HAF/Air Force information assurance (IA) requirements and IT support for the National Military Command Center (NMCC).

National Naval Medical Command (NNMC)—TRAWICK has been awarded a contract by the Department of the Navy to provide Information Security Operations (INFOSEC) services in support of the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Services include firewall management; intrusion detection monitoring; virtual private network (VPN) implementation and monitoring; network security certification support; and incident investigation, analysis and reporting. The contract continues to expand TRAWICK's support to Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the critical area of information security.

The Smithsonian Institution—TRAWICK provides the Smithsonian Institution with comprehensive engineering support for information technology services in the areas of customer support and network management and operations support. These services include help desk and desktop support for hardware and software troubleshooting and problem resolution. Network management and operations involve engineering and operations of the corporate wide area network of the Smithsonian Institution supporting over 6,500 users from Panama to Boston and Washington DC to Hawaii including the twenty-four Metropolitan Washington DC Smithsonian locations, including the National Zoological Park.

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)—TRAWICK was competitively awarded a Telecommunications Support Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by NOAA in mid 1999. This BPA allows NOAA and other U.S. Department of Commerce agencies to efficiently obtain a broad range of telecommunications services from TRAWICK. On this contract, over 1000 individual work orders supporting 5000+ NOAA users have been successfully completed since January 1, 2001 alone. Many of the infrastructure task orders involve the installation of standardized configurations of CAT6 and Fiber Optic cabling to the desktop as well as design and installation of LAN and TELCO rooms. TRAWICK also provides complete service support for NOAA HQ PBX, telephone, and voice mail systems.

The US General Services Administration (GSA)—TRAWICK was awarded the FSS 70 Information Technology Support Schedule #GS-35F-4995H in January 1998. TRAWICK supports a wide variety of Federal Customers on this schedule in the areas of Programming Services and IT Facilities operations and Maintenance. TRAWICK has grown this contract every year and expects to provide over $5,000,000 in support in FY03. Based upon GSA’s own 2006 data, TRAWICK, a longstanding partner of GSA, ranks in the top 5% for GSA Schedule-based sales.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)—TRAWICK is supporting the update of the FAA’s API databases and web sites from older applications (such as FoxPro) to web friendly applications (SQL server, Cold Fusion). In conjunction with the FAA, TRAWICK personnel analyze international work requirements, recommend solutions, and implement those solutions as directed.



Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA)—As the Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) for Titan Corporation, TRAWICK provided network operations and maintenance; server administration; and end user support through a centralized help desk for almost 2,000 users at Washington Dulles and Reagan National airports. TRAWICK continues to provide senior telecommunications engineering for the authority’s emergency radio systems.


Operation Respond Institute (ORI)—TRAWICK provided ORI outsourcing services for the design, programming, operation, and administration of a computer-based hazardous materials tracking system for use by 911 and other emergency management personnel. TRAWICK personnel developed and maintained the system in a Windows NT environment using PowerBuilder and C++. We completed the process of converting the system to a web-based application using Cold Fusion and Oracle 8/8i for database functionality. The national remote call center and help desk was located at a TRAWICK facility along with all OREIS web, application, and database servers, which were administered and maintained.

Veterans Administration (VA)—TRAWICK provided Level 1 Call Center/Help Desk support for the VA as a principal subcontractor to GTSI on the PCHS-2 contract. This contract was used by the VA to purchase IT assets including computers and peripherals. TRAWICK was responsible for fielding all warranty calls through our national call center located at our HQ in Bethesda MD.


Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS)—TRAWICK provided a wide range of systems development support. Personnel on this contract consisted of computer programmers, senior systems analysts, and documentation specialists. Deliverables generated were functional requirements, data dictionaries, system specifications, software and software test plans, database specifications, user manuals, and system documentation. Systems developed on this contract were used to transfer and disseminate information to and from the savings and loan industry, Government agencies, and the Congress. TRAWICK personnel utilized Cold Fusion (CFML), Java, Oracle 8i, and C++ to develop Internet based secure applications to support the aforementioned OTS activities.
