TRAWICK’s History

In 1985, Jim and Carol TRAWICK founded TRAWICK & Associates (TRAWICK). Using Jim’s Information Technology (IT) expertise and Carol’s management and people skills, the couple grew TRAWICK into a multimillion-dollar business providing end user support, telecommunications support, and system engineering and development services.

Operating profitably for 21 years, TRAWICK has successfully performed contracts for these high-profile clients:

  • The Air Force
  • The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
  • U.S. Air Force Space Command (AFSPC)
  • U.S. Air Force Materiel Command
  • U.S. Army
  • National Naval Medical Center
  • The Smithsonian Institution
  • National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
  • The U.S. General Service Administration
  • The Federal Aviation Administration.

Current contracts include the USPTO’s $365M Facilities Management and End User Support 2 (FMEUS2) enterprise IT contract, the $50M AFSPC’s Front Range Consolidated Network contract, and a recently awarded EAGLE support services contract for Functional Category 2, Tier 2 (IT Operations and Maintenance). Under these contracts, TRAWICK manages some of the largest contractors in the federal IT marketspace.

On November 3, 2006, Jim and Carol TRAWICK retired, selling their company to Veritas Capital, a private equity investment firm headquartered in New York. TRAWICK & Associates continues to operate as it has in the past, providing superior information technology and related services to its customers, and mastering enterprise IT challenges with integrity.
