MARK KLECKNER

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)-
Mr. Kleckner has over 23 years experience in the federal IT industry and 10 years with TRAWICK. As CEO of TRAWICK, Mr. Kleckner leads the company as it continues to grow as a premier mid-tier federal IT enterprise services provider. Previously, he held the positions of Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development, and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to TRAWICK, Mr. Kleckner managed a major division of Kaman Sciences Corporation (now part of ITT Systems), supporting a number of large contracts, including key contracts for Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and holds a Top Secret clearance.




GARY BROWN

President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)-
With 23 years experience in the IT industry and over 7 years with TRAWICK, Mr. Brown has substantial expertise in management, IT services, software development, and business development. He has a strong technical background in systems engineering and software development for federal, state, and local government entities. Mr. Brown is responsible for the daily operations of TRAWICK. Previously, his responsibilities included overseeing all East Coast operations, including the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) Facilities Management and End User Support 2 (FMEUS2) and Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency (AFPCA) contracts. Prior to joining TRAWICK, Mr. Brown built and operated a fast growing division for CBSI (now a subsidiary of L3/Titan). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, graduating Cum Laude from Bentley College. Mr. Brown holds a Top Secret clearance.



RONALD B. ALEXANDER

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-
Mr. Alexander has 20 years experience as the Chief Financial Officer of public and private technology companies, including almost 10 years in the federal IT industry. As CFO of TRAWICK, Mr. Alexander leads the company’s strategic and operational financial, accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions, as well as its legal, government contracting administration, and mergers and acquisition activities. Mr. Alexander previously worked for other government contractors, including GRC International and Analex Corporation and has held a Top Secret clearance. Mr. Alexander has a bachelor’s degree in physics and math from Columbia College, a law degree from Columbia Law School, an advanced degree in taxation from New York University Law School, and has attended financial management programs at the Harvard and Stanford Graduate Schools of Business.



BRIAN LIVIE

Senior Vice President, West Coast Operations-
With 27 years of industry experience, Mr. Livie oversees all corporate activity in the Rocky Mountain Region, including the Front Range Consolidated Network (FRCN) contract for AFSPC and the Integrated Space Command and Control (ISC2) contract for Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC). Prior to joining TRAWICK in 1998, Mr. Livie served as a pilot and communications officer in the U.S. Air Force and retired in Colorado Springs, CO. Mr. Livie received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Sciences from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1978 and earned a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications at the University of Colorado in 1986. He holds a Top Secret clearance.





ELAINE WATSON

Vice President, East Coast Operations-
Ms. Watson has more than 19 years of experience in information technology and 5 years with TRAWICK. Elaine has managed large, complex IT programs, including TRAWICK's $365M U.S. Patent and Trademark Enterprise IT contract. In the last fiscal year, Elaine has responded to over 75 task orders. This includes managing some of the federal IT marketspace's largest contractors. Ms. Watson also serves as the Program Director for TRAWICK's EAGLE contract. Prior to joining TRAWICK, Elaine managed federal agency IT audits for KPMG and was Director of Information Technology for Orbital Sciences Corporation, heading both the Maryland and Virginia IT departments. Elaine has a Secret Clearance.





MICK FOX

Vice President, Business Development-
Mr. Fox has over 15 years of program management and business development experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry with government (DoD and Civilian) and commercial clients. Mr. Fox has an outstanding background in program management and business development, and also has proven GWAC experience. Mr. Fox joined TRAWICK from Lockheed Martin where he drove over $700 million in task orders, over 3 years, to Millenia, Millenia Lite, PES, and Schedule 70. He holds a Top Secret clearance.
