Chief Executive Officer (CEO)-
Mr. Kleckner has over 23 years experience in the federal IT industry and 10 years with TRAWICK. As CEO of TRAWICK, Mr. Kleckner leads the company as it continues to grow as a premier mid-tier federal IT enterprise services provider. Previously, he held the positions of Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development, and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to TRAWICK, Mr. Kleckner managed a major division of Kaman Sciences Corporation (now part of ITT Systems), supporting a number of large contracts, including key contracts for Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Vice President, East Coast Operations-
Ms. Watson has more than 19 years of experience in information technology and 5 years with TRAWICK. Elaine has managed large, complex IT programs, including TRAWICK's $365M U.S. Patent and Trademark Enterprise IT contract. In the last fiscal year, Elaine has responded to over 75 task orders. This includes managing some of the federal IT marketspace's largest contractors. Ms. Watson also serves as the Program Director for TRAWICK's EAGLE contract. Prior to joining TRAWICK, Elaine managed federal agency IT audits for KPMG and was Director of Information Technology for Orbital Sciences Corporation, heading both the Maryland and Virginia IT departments.
