While successfully performing on its many programs, TRAWICK has developed a corporate plan that documents its basic principles for Quality Control (QC). TRAWICK appoints a Quality Control Manager (QCM) and provides the QCM with the resources required to ensure that all customer expectations are met or exceeded. The QCM develops a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that applies lessons learned from our previous programs but is tailored to the new program’s unique characteristics. Existing documentation is used in the quality control process; however, as needed, new documentation will be created for the EAGLE program. The QC documentation will include instructions for testing and auditing, checklists, schedules, test result forms, customer feedback forms, and other forms required to fulfill the QC function.
