TRAWICK & Associates (TRAWICK) was awarded a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract on September 26, 2006. With that award, TRAWICK becomes eligible to compete for EAGLE task orders that are defined under Functional Category 2. Functional Category 2 includes the full range of Operations and Maintenance solutions, from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to full, managed service solutions. These solutions may be required across the DHS Infrastructure, including, but not limited to, these operational areas: the Data Center, Help Desk and Field Support Services (e.g. Desk-side support and LAN administration), Network and Security Operations, and Collaboration Services (e.g., e-mail, voice, and video services).
