Trawick & Associates (TRAWICK) was purchased by Veritas Capital, a private equity investment firm headquartered in New York. The company will continue operations as Trawick & Associates, under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mark Kleckner.

TRAWICK AWARDED EAGLE CONTRACT - 9/26/2006
TRAWICK has been awarded an Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) contract by the Department of Homeland Security, under Functional Category 2 (Information Technology Operations & Maintenance), Tier 2. EAGLE is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a projected value of $90 million.

TRAWICK AWARDED ADDITIONAL CONTRACT BY SMITHSONIAN - 8/18/2006
TRAWICK has been awarded a contract for provision of network management and operational support for the Smithsonian Institution. TRAWICK personnel will provide comprehensive network monitoring and administration for the Smithsonian information technology enterprise. The contract is for one base year and four option years with a potential value of approximately $7.4 million.

TRAWICK WINS TWO SMITHSONIAN CONTRACTS - 2/17/2006
TRAWICK has won multiple contract awards to provide the Smithsonian Institution with comprehensive engineering support for information technology services in the areas of customer support and IT security. These services include help desk and desktop support for hardware and software troubleshooting and problem resolution. IT security responsibilities include securing mission-critical network assets and protecting the information stored and processed on the SINET. These task order-based contracts are comprised of one base year and nine 1-year options.
